About Fuel Filters
Fuel, when it’s being stored, transported, or filled up, often gets mixed with some impurities and water. These impurities, along with the fuel, end up in the fuel supply system and inside the engine cylinders, causing the cylinders to wear out faster. That’s where fuel filters come in – they clean the fuel before it gets to the fuel pump, making sure the fuel system works smoothly.
FILTRAFLUX fuel filters make sure that dust and any water in the fuel won’t harm your engine. They help you avoid the problems that come with low-quality products. Plus, they protect your vehicle’s injection system from wear and corrosion, keeping your engine running steadily and extending the life of the injection system.
Fuel filters are divided into Diesel Filters and Gasoline Filters.
Diesel Filters
1. Function:
To remove harmful impurities and moisture from the fuel system, protecting the normal operation of the engine, reducing wear, preventing clogging, and enhancing the engine’s lifespan.
2. Material:
The diesel fuel filter element is commonly made of filter paper, but there are also versions using felt or polymer materials.
3. Structure:
The diesel fuel filters have two main types: Cartridge and Spin-on.
Gasoline Filters
1. Function:
To remove harmful impurities and moisture from the fuel system, protecting the normal operation of the engine, reducing wear, preventing clogging, and enhancing the engine’s lifespan.
2. Material:
Gasoline fuel filter element typically use filter paper as well, but some may incorporate nylon fabric or polymer materials.

The gasoline fuel filters have two main types: Carburetor and Electronic Injection.
